Users are granted a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to access our platform solely for organizing tax documentation and preparing filings. Any attempt to reverse-engineer our tools or disrupt our servers is strictly prohibited.
TaxeriPath offers a structured digital workspace to import, categorize, and validate tax documents. While we provide built-in rules based on Canadian guidelines, our platform is not a replacement for professional legal or accounting advice.
To use our services, you must register an account with accurate details, keep your password secure, and update your information as needed. You are responsible for all activities occurred under your account credential.
Pricing for our service packages is listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and is billed on a recurring monthly subscription basis. Invoices are generated automatically at the start of each billing cycle.
You can cancel your subscription at any time through your dashboard settings. Upon cancellation, your account will remain active until the end of your current billing period, after which access will be restricted.
You retain full ownership of all data, tax slips, and logs you upload. You are responsible for ensuring your files are accurate, complete, and do not violate any local laws or third-party intellectual property rights.
All platform code, design elements, CSS, graphics, logos, and custom calculators are the exclusive intellectual property of TaxeriPath and are protected by Canadian copyright laws.
We protect all financial and personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Both parties agree to keep any private business details shared during use of the services confidential.
Our platform and calculators are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that our tools will be entirely uninterrupted or error-free.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TaxeriPath is not liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages resulting from lost files, filing errors, or audit adjustments.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TaxeriPath and its directors from any third-party claims, damages, or liabilities arising from your use of the platform or violation of these terms.
Our workspace may link to third-party services, such as payment gateways or bookkeeping software. We do not control or assume responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of these external platforms.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate our terms, fail to pay invoices, or engage in suspicious activity, without prior notice.
Neither party is liable for delays or failures in performance resulting from events beyond their reasonable control, including natural disasters, internet outages, or regulatory changes.
These terms and conditions are governed by and constructed in accordance with the laws of Ontario, Canada, and any related disputes will be resolved in the courts of Toronto.
